Register for a Remote Demonstration

Thank you for your interest in our demo. It’s easy to make customized, high-performance local cube files with CubeSlice, but it’s often easier for people when we show them how to do it. We may be able to help you find ways to create smaller local cube files more quickly. Sign up below for a live demo of CubeSlice through remote software technology.  After receiving your registration, we will contact you via email to arrange a mutually agreeable time for the demonstration.

There are two ways we can conduct a demo. When you sign up, please let us know which of the following options you prefer:

OPTION #1  We conduct the demo on your computer using your Analysis Services cubes.

OPTION #2  We conduct the demo from our computer using sample data, while you watch remotely.

You don’t have to do any preparation if you choose Option #2. If you choose Option #1, you will need to do the following:

1. Have Microsoft SQL Server Analysis Services installed (from SQL Server 2000, 2005, or the CTP of 2008).

2. Have at least one cube created and processed.

3. Download CubeSlice 9 and run the installation program.

4. FOR AS2005 /AS2008 ONLY. After installation, open the CubeSlice 9 Creator. Go to the second tab of the main form and push the button called AS2005 DB Report. Send us the file that’s created. It doesn’t contain any data from your Analysis Server cube. It does contain a list of the cubes, dimensions, and attributes, with a count of the number of members for each attribute. This information is important for us to help you decide how to optimize the size of your local cubes.
